The second match of the ODI series between India and England will be played on Sunday. Team India sweated a lot in Cuttack for this match. Virat Kohli could not play in Nagpur ODI due to injury. But now they are fit. Therefore, Kohli can find a place in India’s playing XI. If Kohli returns, one player will have to be out. Shreyas Iyer was given a chance in the absence of Kohli.

Kohli had a problem in his knee. Sitanshu Kotak told India’s batting that he is now fully fit. So Kohli can be seen playing in Cuttack. Iyer Nagpur was not part of the ODI playing XI. But just before the match, Rohit Sharma called him. After this, Iyer’s entry took place. Iyer met the team’s expectation and scored 59 runs in 36 balls. His explosive half -century proved to be important in India’s victory.

Who will be a comeback in Kohli’s playing XI –

Yashasvi Jaiswal made his ODI debut for India in the last match. But they could not do anything special. Jaiswal was dismissed for 15 runs in 22 balls. He came to open with Rohit Sharma. If Kohli’s entry is done, then Yashasvi can be given a break. Shubman Gill can get opening in his place. While Kohli can come at number three. Shreyas Iyer is less likely to be out. They have performed well.

A big update about Shami too –

Team India’s batting coach Kotak also updated about Mohammed Shami. Shami went out for a while after bowling during Nagpur ODI and he looked a bit upset. However, Shami threw 8 overs. He also took 1 wicket for 38 runs. Kotak told that Shami is fully fit.
